  • I offer 1-hour counseling and coaching sessions for $150.

  • I currently accept several insurance plans in Washington state for counseling, including some medicaid plans. Coverage can vary depending on your specific policy. We will verify your insurance and review your benefits before scheduling so you have accurate coverage and cost information.

    All coaching sessions are private pay only.

  • Yes!

  • I do not currently offer couples or family counseling.

  • While counseling and coaching sessions can be similar, there are a few important differences. Counseling is mental health care. It is clinically informed, may involve diagnosis for insurance purposes, and focuses on deeper therapeutic work.

    Coaching is not mental health treatment. While coaching can still be deep and transformative, it does not involve diagnosis, insurance billing, or treatment of mental health conditions.

    If you’re unsure which is right for you, I’m happy to talk through it in a consultation call.

  • As an intern counselor, I’m in the final stage of my clinical training and completing supervised hours toward licensure. This means I receive ongoing consultation and support from an experienced licensed supervisor to ensure you’re getting thoughtful, high-quality care.

    I am supervised by Jamie Ross, LMHC, License #LH 60078021

  • Yes. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, informed by both professional training and lived experience. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in respect for each person’s unique lived experience.
