I currently accept Molina Medicaid for counseling sessions. I’m in the process of becoming credentialed with additional major insurance providers in Washington State.
If your insurance is out of network, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. I’m happy to provide superbills to support that process. While I’m completing credentialing, I also offer a temporary reduced self-pay rate of $100 per session for clients who prefer to pay directly.
All coaching sessions are private pay only.

While counseling and coaching sessions can be similar, there are a few important differences. Counseling is mental health care. It is clinically informed, may involve diagnosis for insurance purposes, and focuses on deeper therapeutic work.
Coaching is not mental health treatment. While coaching can still be deep and transformative, it does not involve diagnosis, insurance billing, or treatment of mental health conditions.
If you’re unsure which is right for you, I’m happy to talk through it in a consultation call.
